Lunch : Roosterfish with white Tuscan beans, Spanish chorizo and wilted lettuce.

Need a good base for the beans: carrot, onion, celery, garlic and... chorizo


The beans (aluvias ) go in , with some of their own cooking liquid and tomato


Slowly simmer pork love into the beans


 
Rooster ready to in with paprika, salt and pepper

 
 Add the lettuce





Ta daaaaaa! Lunch is ready!
